Optional Add-Ons -$22.00 per month for dental cleaning, full mouth radiographs and evaluation.
Notes -There is a one-time set up fee of $50 per pet.
-When signing up multiple pets at the same time, you only pay one $50 set up fee.
**After the first year, if you auto renew, this fee will be waived.
